Dr. Jeremy Warn

A native Ohioan, Dr. Warn grew up on the east side of Cleveland.

Dr. Warn attended The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, where he graduated magna cum laude as Valedictorian. He was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Society and received numerous awards. Among those were the Alpha Omega Academic Achievement Award, the Callahan Memorial Student Award, and the Robert E. Lauer Scholarship for Accomplishment in Anatomy.

Following dental school, he attended the Boston University School of Dental Medicine, where he trained in a rigorous four-year residency. This included full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery, oral pathology, TMJ management, and coverage of two Level 1 trauma centers.

During this time, he received comprehensive training in general anesthesia with a concentration in office-based anesthetics. He has been a presenter at national and international dental and oral surgery conferences. As a resident, he assisted in adapting department protocols for the COVID-19 pandemic and helped facilitate novel COVID-19 research efforts between three of the major New England hospital systems. He served as chief resident during his final year.

Dr. Warn has special interests in dental alveolar surgery, corrective jaw surgery, maxillofacial pathology, and office-based anesthesia. He stays current on the most advanced technologies. They include the most recent innovations in dental implants and bone grafting. He is certified in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support.

Dr. Warn prides himself on putting the patient experience at the forefront of his practice, as well as delivering high quality surgical results in a safe and comfortable environment. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, golfing, watching Cleveland sports, and spending quality time with his wife Rachel, son Jacob, and daughter Baila.
